• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays
